A Career in OSHC?

At OSHC Adventures, we’re not a big, distant organisation — we’re a small, passionate team that believes in being hands-on, connected, and present every single day.

We’re proud to work directly on-site within school communities, building genuine relationships with children, families, and staff. When you join our team, you’re not just filling a role — you’re becoming part of a service that values fun, safety, belonging, and community connection.

We believe that the best out-of-school hours care comes from educators who truly understand their communities — who laugh, learn, and grow alongside the children in their care. Every day is an opportunity to bring creativity, compassion, and a sense of adventure into the lives of young people.

From Before and After School Care to Holiday Programs, our educators create engaging, play-based experiences that make every session feel like an adventure. We celebrate each child’s individuality and encourage their curiosity, confidence, and imagination.

When you work with OSHC Adventures, you’re joining a close-knit, supportive team that values people — not paperwork. We’re approachable, community-driven, and genuinely invested in making a difference.

Because at OSHC Adventures, we believe every educator deserves to feel connected, inspired, and part of something special — a place where every day brings new smiles, new challenges, and new adventures.
